These are one of the cutest things I’ve ever made! I love Frozen and so do both of my kids – so much that Boo Boo is having two Frozen birthday parties this year. The first is more focused on Olaf and the second on the entire movie.
For the bowling party I made Olaf gift bags. The inspiration is from Team Skelley the Blog and you can find it here.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
- White gift bags (or lunch bags)
- Black, White, and Brown cardstock
- Orange pom poms
- Medium or large sized googly eyes
- Hot Glue gun (or other glue or your choosing)
- Sticker tabs (for scrapbooking)
First I made a template for the black of Olaf’s mouth. I just freehanded this from a picture I found online. I cut out the first and traced 9 more as I was making 10 bags total. I used sticker tabs and stuck the mouth to my bag. Next I used my creative memories square punch and punched a tooth from white cardstock – I trimmed it to make it a little less square and stuck it on with a sticker tab.
After I had the mouths completed I warmed up my hot glue gun. I stuck on the pom pom and the googly eyes.
Next I used my paper trimmer and cut small pieces of brown cardstock to be Olaf’s “hair”. I attached these with hot glue as well.
Finally I cut out eyebrows from the brown cardstock and attached them with hot glue.
After Boo Boo came down from quiet time I had her help put the goodies in and then I stapled the tops shut.
Pretty cute huh?? Definitely an easy project that fits the Frozen theme to a T!
Definitely very cute
