Tooth Fairy Tykes Doll Review
***UPDATED TO INCLUDE GIVEAWAY***
***I received the Tooth Fairy Tykes Doll free in exchange for my honest review***
As you all know I have two small children, one in Kindergarten and one in Pre-K. They are getting closer to age where they will start losing teeth. When I was contacted by Tooth Fairy Tykes to review their doll I was excited to take a look. Since my kids haven’t lost any teeth yet we still have time to figure out what our tooth fairy tradition will look like. Read on for my full Tooth Fairy Tykes Doll Review.
The actual doll is very soft and well constructed. I received the Tooth Fairy Tyke Girl Light Skin to review. The doll retails for $39.99 and at the time of publication was on sale for $14.99. My daughter was very excited to see her arrive. Upon opening the doll and looking at the tag I saw that it said to visit the main website to receive a free ebook and free Tooth Fairy Timer app.
The doll and book together definitely make me think of the Elf on the Shelf. They are similar in size and the story is similar in premise. For families that have children that love the Elf – I think the Tooth Fairy Tyke would also be a hit. I like that the Tooth Fairy Tyke doll story cuts parents a little slack – it says that some nights the doll will move but most often it will just stay in bed and that no two dolls will do the same thing.
I like having something special for the kids to put their teeth in when they lose them. I think I’m going to need to order a boy doll for my son as well!
The company that makes the Tooth Fairy Tyke also donates the dolls to Children’s hospitals. What a great thing they do!
