After encouragement from a blogger friend I signed up with Tomoson.com and my first opportunity for a product to review is for a Life & Food product called Garcinia Cambogia Supreme 1400MG with 80% HCA.
I signed up late in the week and received it via USPS on Sunday (weird huh? – they came in a USPS van and put it in the mailbox).
I have been reading about the Garcinia craze and wanted to try it myself so when this review opportunity came up I jumped on it. This product says that it is has found the optimal dosage to help suppress appetite while burning fat – who doesn’t want that?? It is also clinically proven to block the stress hormone cortisol. These both seem like good things to me!
I have been taking the max dose – two capsules 20-30 minutes before you eat, twice a day. The pills are easy to swallow, don’t have any funky taste and haven’t left me feeling shaky which has happened to me with some diet pills I have taken in the past. I have lost a few pounds in the last few weeks – nothing to write home about but I think that given a little more time I would start to really see results.
